A lot of people think that the Reaper skin released in season 3 is John Wick but at that time the skin was as mentioned above was called Reaper, not John Wick.
But John Wick is coming to Fortnite. On the coast near Paradise Palms you can find and explore John Wick’h house.
Like the Advengers End Game, there have been leaked files that seem to indicate that there will be an in game set of challenges linked to the John Wick big screen release. on May 17th.

Fortbytes are totally new in Season 9 of Fortnite. They are a series of collectible computer chips. As you collect all 100 chips you ill decode a secret message and unlock rewards and reveal the secrets of Season 9
There are 18 Fortbytes unlocked on day 1 and a new chip will be available each day. Most of the unlocked chips will be awarded after achieving different levels, finishing a certain amount of times in a certain position, and getting XP. For example, you will unlock Fortbyte chip # 96 when you reach Battle Pass level 80, unlock chip #1 when you gain 175000, and Fortbyte #57 when finish in the top 10 in Squads, Duos, or Solo 25 times.
However some will be unlocked after to do specific tasks like Fortbyte #36 you need to use the Sentinel skin and find the Fortbyte on a frozen island. This one is not too hard as there are only 2 frozen islands and the chip is on the northern island.
You will need to get all the chips in season 9 to unlock the rewards, there will be no carry over into season 10.

Usually the way you gain xp, level up, and gain battle pass tiers in Fortnite hasn’t really changed all that much, but season 8 actually contained some pretty meaningful changes to both leveling systems.
Obviously, a lot of stregeies are still the same, and I know Fortnite’s leveling system can be pretty confusing. I still think this video will be helpful no matter what.
There is even more incentive than ever to gain XP, level up, and gain battle pass tiers in season 9 because of the new fortbyte reward system.
If you don’t know what that is here’s the description straight from the season 9 patch notes:
“Fortbytes are a series of 100 collectible computer chips available to Battle Pass owners. As you collect Fortbytes, you’ll decrypt a mysterious image. Collect them all to unlock rewards and uncover the secrets of Fortnite Season 9.”
You can unlock a lot of these fortbytes by reaching certain XP, level, and battle pass tier thresholds.

Apex Legends – A Fortnite Alternative?
With Fortnite being the world’s most popular game there was bound to be similar styled games released. Several months ago Respawn Entertainment released Apex Legends in a bid to bring over some of Fortnite’s 250 million players.
Apex Legends is set in Titanfall universe, so if you have played Titanfall you will be familar with the look and feel of Apex.
Like Fortnite, Apex is a battle royale, meaning the game continues until there is just one player or one team left. Apex Legends blends survival, exploration and scavenging elements of a survival game with last-man-standing gameplay.
