Ghostwire: Tokyo

In Ghostwire: Toyko a strange fog has descended on Tokyo, blanketing the city in a ghostly fog that separates human spirits from their bodies, allowing them to float between skyscrapers and rooftop gardens.

The main character is Akito whose body is seized by KK after a motorcycle accident, leaving him stranded in between life and death. While Akito isn’t quite finished with his body, the two are compelled to work together.

You join KK and his paranormal sleuths, who investigate an unusual disappearance while also uncovering something much more terrible. In this visual novel narrative adventure, establish relationships with your team and figure out how their tales connect while stalking the streets of Ghostwire: Tokyo.

You must work together in order to stop the supernatural threat that is going on in Tokyo, as well as save your sister!

In this action-adventure game with supernatural elements, you’ll cast spells, search for clues, and more, so don’t miss out!

Ghostwire Tokyo – Official Reveal Trailer | E3 2019

Tango Gameworks just released a trailer for their newest title – GhostWire: Tokyo. Tango Gameworks is well known in the horror genre with their popular game The Evil Within and they describe their newest game as an action/adventure.

The official news release description of GhostWire: Toyko:

After strange disappearances hit Tokyo’s population, it’s up to you to uncover the source and purge the city of a strange, new evil. Armed with your own mysterious spectral abilities, you will face down the occult, unravel conspiracy theories and experience urban legends like never before.

Although Tango Gameworks said the game is an action/adventure the trailer is pretty creepy. Slenderman like creatures and spirits and ghosts wandering around the streets of Tokyo make this game look plenty scary.
